Hey guys I'm planning to do the Triangle Ride at 8:00am on Satuday a short ride around 30 miles I'm still hurting since SS Apalooza so I need to take it easy,if anyone wants to join me or the group let me know or show up I can't join you this Saturday (5/8/10) but I'm thinking of riding my road bike the following Sunday (5/16/10) I don't know where yet but will post it next week. O.k. BigBoy have fun and ride safe. I will join you on the road soon. |

Hey Bigboy I want to join you this Saturday but I'll see if I can rent a road bike this Friday after work. I'll let you know Friday evening if I have the bike or not.

it rained in the city for a little while this morning, did you guys ride this morning? Prancing Horse and Bigboy?

Hey Jon I rode with the triangle boys this morning and Bigboy was nowhere to be seen  . To make the story short I ended up riding with atleast 20 guys this AM. Very nice group of riders and I talked to quite a few along the way. I must say I did a lot better this time than last, and actually led the pack a few times and kinda pushed the pace a little bit. I still have my cramping problems, but thank god for BLOKS. This chewable jelly like candy helps my legs recover within two minutes of taking it. I really like this road biking routine and I just know that the more mileage I do, it will only help me get rid of my cramping. It is all about muscle fatigue. Jon, soon I'll be ready for Bear Mountain and eventually West Point. ;D Ride on! |
