Did the triangle group ride for 60 miles but got drop at 42 miles Lactic acid build up. very painful Hehe. finish it at 3:15 hrs at 19 mph ave speed. OMG the pace was a killer today. It was just Paul today that guy is strong on the road bike. Anyway that was my first 60 miler, only 1 stop to refill hydration at deli. All in all i did 74 miles, 14 miles to and from the meeting site. Whew tired man.

Thank you Bigboy. You're right it takes a lot of effort to keep up with the triangle. A lot of people got drop from that ride before we even made a stop at the deli to buy hydration and food. I think that was the halfway point of the ride. That selected group of the triangle that were left are really strong including Paul. Hopefully I'll get use in riding longer times.

Did the triangle today but I ended up joining the 8:30am group. Omg those guys are maniacs! Luckily I met up with some Filipino roadies and we separated before they made the left turn going to the forest uphills. Instead we went straight to exit 52 and back. We did 50 miles + my 14 miles to and from little neck. Happy with the average speed which is 17.5 mph hehe. Btw the Filipino roady is the one who invited us a ride before, he's name is Andrew. The other guys name is Eric. He knows somebody in our group he's name is spanky. Who's that?
