it was great fun and a beautiful day. Nice and smooth trails, those climbs will make CHP feel even flatter. Perfect timing with the rain coming after we had already packed up and left.
So I guess next big trip will be after memorial day weekend. I still think I will head up to Blue Mountain one of the days of memorial day weekend, there are a couple of trails I'd like to try out. Haven't decided what day, though. If anybody can make it let me know.

oh yeah! that was a great day for riding and starting off maybe in the mid 50's.. I enjoyed hartshorne and it does drain really well. For you guys heading to Blue Mountain, have fun and ride safe. I'm going to spend some time with the family for memorial day weekend. I'm looking forward to Chimney Rock for the next road trip.

Glad to be back on the saddle.
Had a great time yesterday and probably not the ideal trail to stretch my muscles again, but otherwise those uphills with logs and little jumps were fun stuff. Let me quote Stumpmasta – “my bike without me is useless; without my bike i’m useless” – that’s is very true Sir, this biking stuff has really added excitement and challenge that I look forward to whenever we hit the trails and of course the camaraderie of this group is second to none.
Ride on!!!

Anybody up for this trail tomorrow? Let me know. Dang Arnold! I love this place, i wish i could just play hookie tomorrow at my job and show up for this ride but took many days off already. Next time, maybe on Spring I'll visit SSG with you and ride in Hartshorne.

Well, well, well. I finally got SSG off his butt and on to the trail at Hartshorne. It was a great day out for a ride. He was huffin and puffin. We still had an awesome time and I hope he comes out more. He didn't like the fact that he got spanked today. So I think he will be trying to get some revenge.........
