OK guys my bad! I did some things over the weekend that I'm not supposed to be doing at my age. I forgot that I'll be 40 by the end of the year ;D. My back gave out on me at work yesterday and it was scary. I could not move nor stand up for at least 15 minutes. Hopefully it is just muscle spasm and nothing serious. I think a good rest and no biking for the next two weeks will do the trick. Hopefully I can make it to the next group ride  |

it's an old pic Jon. But Prancing was thinking of buying some yesterday ;D I went last nite to my little spot by Elmhurst and they told me that Eric guy bought everything! ;D. No more Redhorse for me, well maybe one bottle not 5 like last time. C'mon when is the next get together.....  that seems to be the one of the few things I can do for the next two weeks  |
