Danny, Bigboy and I talked about having a little BBQ in Ringwood since this is the last H2H race. If anyone else interested to join us let us know here. I'm thinking of bringing Ribs and hamburgers. I believe Danny mentioned he plans to bring some Korean Ribs. Looks like the weather forecast on Sunday will be Sunny but cold (high 66) so if you plan to bring your family make sure they bundle up. Anyone plans to bring their kids, there are playground area in the park.
I hope to see all of you on Sunday.
Good luck Moe and Bigboy on your pre-ride tomorrow, I wish I could join you but I have no more days off.

So I guess Merlin instead of Alc. just bring Soda if you don't mind. My boo said he'll bring the charcoal and the paper plates. We don't need to bring grills, its already available in the park. P.s. bring your jackets it will be cold that day (high only 60F)

Forecast looks like it is going to be muddy. Actually No, Rinwood is like a sponge. It drains really well. I remember back in 2008 when this Video was taken, the night before the race was pouring like today but the following morning Rinwood's race course was totally dry like how you see it on the video i posted. Most of the MTBNJ peeps go and ride in Ringwood when it's been raining all week coz they all know that place drain well.

I agree with Jon. You might have some water and mud on the fire roads but the single track is all at the higher points of the course and dries up fast.
I think it should be fine for Sunday.
