START AT 8:30AM FROM THE POLICE HEADQUARTERS AT EXIT 2 OF THE PALISADES PKWY IN ALPINE NJ. THERE WILL BE ONE BATHROOM STOP BEFORE THE MOUNTAIN, AND ONE FUEL STOP AFTER THE MOUNTAIN. TOTAL DISTANCE IS 70 MILES.

RxR said he will be in CHP @ 6:45 AM and Danny also is driving so he has 2 extra spots for whoever's interested to join him.
Wheelsdown @ 7:30 AM in Alpine police station exit 2 at the Palisades Pkwy.

I did the Wounded Warrior Project road ride today and it was lots of fun. It was so hot that they cancelled the 60mile route and only did 30miles. Under the sun and heat, it felt like I was going to pass out.
Heat exhaustion is dangerous. We should consider just pre-ride DH40 instead. At least there are trees and some shade.
I woke up and was out the door by 5am today. The temperature was already at 85deg F!!

Sorry Merlin!!! I would luv 2 be in the cover of trees also and pre ride DH40!!! But it looks like we are all going to be cooking under the sun tomorrow!!! Cya guys @ chp 6:45!!!
