You guys definitely showed all the hard work and sacrifices you put in this year. @ BB I might have to agree with you on that BB. Great qualities on you three riders for sure. CAT 1 for you guys next year?  ?? Good luck nevertheless for all the racers next season. Hope we all can put more time in on our rides......... |

@rxr CAT 1? I dont know yet, I may moved up and just get used to sit on the back of the peloton, depents on my winter training if I could keep it up. Any input?

B/c if it is, I'm so ffffffkdjfjfkfkfk happy right now. Lol! @rxr It's still a long way for me to Cat 1, as you can see in my results. I'm just a mid pack guy. ;D Still sharpening my Mtb rock garden skills. Tbh in the last race, I was just burned out of the technical courses. The last three races of the season was just hell for me. Btw thank you guys for the support, tough year for me. Congratulations to all of us BigB and Bryan, amazing three Orange Machines in the podium for the overall.  I normally skip the hard courses but this year I don't have I choice but to race it, If I want to stay in the top 3 in my cat. |

@rxr CAT 1? I dont know yet, I may moved up and just get used to sit on the back of the peloton, depents on my winter training if I could keep it up. Any input? Training for CAT 1??? INTENSITY====CORE====NUTRITION. That's what comes to mind. Most top athletes do not put in 4-6 hours of training each time. They put in ~2 hour HIGH intensity work-outs, building up their Core muscles and eat the right foods for 4-5 days a week. And oh yeah, putting in some down-time riding with CAT 2 & 3 riders for fun ;D. Hope it helps. |

If you join CAT 1 next season, you might see yourself at the back of the pack in the beginning. Thanks RXR and +1 on the training advice. I'm not sure if I want to move up to cat 1 next year, i was thinking of all the training that I did last winter up to this summer in cat 2. I'm burned out! ;D And yet I'm still training until now but lesser and also lesser mileage on the saddle.

Okay the schedule for the 2011 h2H race award ceremony is up on their website. Where can we find the final results for the overall?😁😁😜 I just want to know if I podium or not.😜😜 Tickets are $33/head, so who will come with us at this ceremony? Atleast now we need your support, most of you are missing during our races.😜 not most all and all the time.😁  |
