KOM oh shute, sweet, thanks buddy btw I dint have the much time to train thats why I have to do those super early rides and workouts you know how it is with kids.

Wait that guy copied exactly how I train on my trainer during winter. Hahaha except I do 10 minutes each of all the exercises. Wow I can make a work out tape on my own and sell it. Lol!
