Just a reminder. FTF is this Sunday, Sept 15! I planned to do a regular ride around Cathedral Pines. Jerry and Joani will be there as well.

CLIMB ANNUAL FAT TIRE FEST AND BBQ

What:    Advanced Long Distance Rides start around 7:30am
              Registration starts at 9am 
              Regular Human Rides start around 10am
              BBQ and other events around 1pm
              (pirate's rules)  (guidelines)
When:   September 15, 2012
Where:  Cathedral Pines
Why:     Because it's fun!

Directions:
Take 495 to Exit 66 sills Rd (Patchogue Yaphank Rd), 
bear left at Expressway Dr South (service road).
Turn left at Patchogue Yaphank Rd.
Bear right at Mill Rd.
Bear left at Yaphank-Middle Island Rd.
Look for park entrance on left. Head up to the upper field and bear right

Ok. I planned to be there around 10:00am.

I arrived at Cathedral Pines around 10am and the event was already happening! It was a great turn out! This year, they have lots of Demo bikes! Fat bikes are IN! I won Jerry's Niterider light and a couple of swags from REI during the raffle. I donated all of them back for fun! I Had a great time as always.
