I've been out of the saddle for the past 4 months because of Pinched nerve on my neck. And just last week, after months of pain meds, therapy and big appetite.. the doctor said i can slowly go back to my routine.
So i bought myself a compact Crank to replace my standard crankset to take it easy on legs.
i got a great deal off eBay.
Planning to do beginner ride on 2013 after all the holiday festivities.
