We are planning a ride to BM on Good Friday from exit 2 of the Palisades to Perkins and back, wheels down at 7:00 am sharp, lets ride. Meeting at the triangle at 6:15.

Cuz I remember the last time you were back playing basketball and on the saddle in a month and I was surprised. Better follow the advise of your surgeon and therapist after the surgery... yes, it takes 3 to 6 months for a full recovery. You're not Surperman and you're not getting younger. lol Oh, LMK and I can hook you up with a massage therapist with extra perk here in flushing ;D Good luck  |

I may take you up for that massage therapist's offer Gov ;D. It's the other knee this time - this happened over the summer playing bball..I just kept putting it off hoping it would get better, but it got worst and surgery is the best option long term having cycling in mind.
