Rob and Prance that was a very nice ride today. ;D ;D I was right all the time our average HR was 170 max 186. Ahahhaha That was some work out! ;D ;D Here's our data, didn't get the split i don't know why but we got a moving time of 1:08. I'm sure we did 32 minutes in our first lap. Btw i'm loving my 120 stem on my superfly. ;D ;D

@erwin keep it up on ur trainer man!!! that sh*t is working, i couldn't keep up...you gave me headache on our 1st lap!!! ;D that is why i decided to take the lead on our next lap, to keep you and prance from dropping me!!!
@prance i don't know how you guys ride from home, was kinda tired by the time i get to the trail!!! congrtz on your new chris king hubs!!! sorry i slowed you guyz down on the last lap, plus we could not see anymore cause of the dark!!!

Trainer's great if you don't like to ride outside. For me, I can only ride indoors for less than 30mins then bleh!

Anyway, I met a Filipino Roadie at Flushing meadows who was taking a picture of his bike. We are talking about 15deg F with the wind and all.

I thought I was crazy but seeing him taking pictures of his Litespeed bike, Insane! He asked me if he could take a picture of me. Sweet Leica lens!
