Hey, what are you talking about secret training? I never secret train. Every one knows that Stillwell is my backyard. HEEE HEE. No I'm just kidding. I didn't get out as much as I wanted cuz of the weather and all. But Tis da seezen to start mashin so I will be trying to ride as much as I can from now on. Sprain sounds pretty good. However, I might have to go to Jersey City to my sisters cuz I'm an Uncle again. So, I don't know if I can meet up with you guys. Let you know...... If you guys are planning to go to sprain, please walk with lots of water ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |

How long are you guys staying? ?? As far as I know only me and Viking are heading to Sprain. I'm not sure how long Viking will stay for his '09 training but I will only do one complete lap of sprain, it will probably take us 2-2.5 hours for a complete lap. So 10:00 to 10:15 AM I'm already heading home. Why don't you come up here RXR for a quick lap and you guys continue your training in CHP or Stillwell.  |

Yo, that was an awesome trail!!!! I will definitely meet up with you guys there again. I just needed a couuple of extra gears though. Hope that I didn't slow you guys up too much.
By the way, did you or Viking lose a pair of Specialized glove liners. I found one on the parking lot and another down the hill towards the entrance. Let me know. I have them.

That was nice right I wish next time we hit Sprain there are more tribesmen will come. Bring SSG, Spinarella and Big Gary next time. Slowing us down.... C'mon I was there remember, the only person that will slow me down was my thirsty Rottweiler. ;D I know I slow Viking whenever I rode with him. RXR that Specialized gloves liners that have lots of rips were mine, I was looking for it this morning and couldn't find it. That was fun to explore that little section we never rode before. I'm feeling your pain RXR - 18t on a 29er is tough for sprain - good job though. Sprain really gives you a good workout and definitely puts your technical skills to the test. It's good to hear that most tribes men are riding again. Now we just have to figure out a time and a place when we can ride together |

Alright Jon, I'll keep it in my car for the next time we meet up on the trails. I was pretty sure it was either yours or Vikings cuz I didn't see anyone else leave before us.
As far as the 18T cog is concerned, I picked up a Surley 18 and a 20T on ebay when I got home of Saturday!!!! I love to feel the hurt in my legs after a great workout but not that much!!!
