I need the help of the tribe. I went to PEAK today, ask Jerry if he has the parts to do the job, unfortunately he only got the tensioner, gears to come Tuesday. It's $80.00 + tax. Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks. Mike

Chute and Erwin, thanks for all the help. Just like you told me earlier, Jerry ordered the gears so I think I'm just gonna go with him, believe me I'd rather have you or ratchet do the work and save some money but I don't want to have a bad relationship with Jerry since he always hook me up with stuffs. Here is the setup... 32-front, 18-back, surly tensioner, using old chain and transfer bashguard from another bike. 80+tax.
Rolex, will post pics when I get the bike back on Wednesday.

When you go from a 3 chain ring set up to a singlespeed what do you do about your cranks and extra chain rings?
So basically, I understand what happens out back with the cassette and tensioner, but what do you guys do about the front of the drivetrain?
