Jon have fun on your century tomorrow. Eat a lot of pasta tonight. I wish I can join you on this ride. When you place new orders, please order me the rest of the uniform, I would like to race
on May (CAT 3). I will start training as soon as I have a go from my doctor. Thanks.

But of coarse big Dawg is included on the INCENTIVES but a different one....Me, Bigboy and Kalog will strap an 8 inch gold medal to Moe's chest, a medal that dwarfs all the H2H and NYS medals combine , if we see him on the podium..if man can send human to the moon , why not big Dawg to the Podium   Hey Mike , all the time buddy , get ready to workout whether it's long , sustainable tempo rides or all-out-intervals , also I'll check your power treshhold , VO2 max power and get ready to whatever physical situation you can think of..........Ha! Next time you should come with us! I will definitely let you know when we gonna order the jersey again. Keep riding your bike man and that's the best training I would suggest. Try to come to every road trip the tribesmen plan here and I guess eat healthy and try to reach your recommended weight (which I have a problem doing it myself ;D) Good Luck! |
