If you've participated at least once, how did you prepare for the tour? What was your training regimen. Granted, it's a leisurely ride, but it's best to be prepared.

Just bring enough hopia for yourself so your bag will not be too heavy on your back. ;D joke aside Greg, just keep riding your bike, you'll be fine. Hook up with someone here, it's better to ride with someone you know than going there by yourself. And the most important thing is just have fun, enjoy the view and you'll not gonna even notice that you've been riding for hours. And yes stop eating hopiang baboy, try pandecoco next time, ratChet's secret power snacks. ;D

Jon, more like hopia mungo. My two partners-in-crime and I are in need of more training. I may have to drag their butts kicking and screaming in order to train.
