sorry guys, I have family matters to attend to this morning (that's why I'm home posting instead of riding). probably wont be able to ride until later this pm at CHP. hope you guys have a safe and enjoyable ride. That's o.k. next time SSGladiator and Viking. We did one full loop of the trail except for the new trail in the south side that Viking was talking about (thanks to our trail guide Rob ;D). Bigboy, SS29Omega, ChuteKona rode their single speed and Stumpmastah, Rachet, Robert and myself rode our fullsus. Like what Viking said we can ride our full sus or ss bikes there. For me, I think the trail has everything a mountain biker would ask for a trail. Some part was technical, there are logs lots of logs and rocks that you can jump or rollover. There were uphill that you'll push your bike especially when you are riding with your ss. But like everyone said what comes up must come down...really down. There were parts of the trail that were fast and flowy. All and all I think Sprain Ridge is worth the drive. I should explore this trail more often since it is only 15 minutes drive from my house, so next time you guys decided to come back here we won't missed any part of the trail.

We also rode today but like what I said we went to Sprain Ridge this morning. There were lots of fallen tree, branches and twigs on the trail. The trail was still fun but because of wet leaves on the ground and wet roots we were doing slower than we would like. We also took couple of stops on some of the man made jumps there and my friend Charles tried a few of them. As usual we got lost again somewhere on the south side and did not find the new trail. I would probably go there again tomorrow morning to tackle the rock drop that I did not clear and got me this scratch on my right knee.

If you're gonna ride by yourself today, just learn the trails so we won't get lost next time and don't do jumps or any stunts. Ride safe.

Actually, for the first time again I wore my elbow pads that day but don't have my knee guard. I didn't do any jumps but the trail was really wet and slippery that was the reason I made the spill. We should plan there again maybe when Viking is ready to show us around to see the new trail on the south side.

The trail was dry and they already moved all the fallen trees and branches on the sides. We only rode the trails we did two weeks ago cuz I was short on time. I think we're gonna need Viking to show us how to get to the new trail on the south side cuz I can't find the entry point to the south. Yes did not do any crazy jumps but did roll on those big boulders. ;D
