Sorry for the late notice but whoever is free tomorrow AkaGc and I will go and ride in Sprain Ridge. We plan to be there around 10 AM so give us a hallo if you want to come. It's gonna be AKAGc and Jontotman's pace so it will be a beginners pace kind a ride. So let's go guys! The forecast this weekend doesn't look good. |

Hey SSG stop spreading false rumors, other tribesmen might believe you. I'm just a slow fat MTB rider trying to catch up with you guys in Chimney Rock so I wont be drop ;D. Anyway, we just got back from Sprain Ridge today and the trail condition were almost perfect. Moe and I finally found the new trail on the other side of the power line and it was awesome. The only thing bad about the new trail on the other side was when we finally got there it was already 12 PM and the trail starting to thaw and becoming mushy so we start slipping downhill. We made a few spills but both of us were o.k. All and all the trail was in good shape. We should go back there with all the tribesmen and let our Viking lead us.  I used my Iphone GPS but lost signal approximately for about 3 miles of trails so it only recorded a little more than 5 miles but I think we did around 8 to 9 miles. I know most of you will ride local (CHP) tomorrow (2/16) I will stay local myself tomorrow. I'll be at Sprain Ridge as early as 7:45 AM so whoever has a change of heart and wants to travel a little further than CHP, meet me up at Sprain main parking lot 7:45 AM if not have a safe and fun ride in Cunny. P.S. I will post a trail condition in Sprain Ridge as well. yours truly; lonely rider  ;D ;D ;D |

Just got back from CHP and my trail report is nasty 40% ridable and riding on the trail didn't make it any better  if you're planning to ride in CHP, go early or wait a few more days |

My biaaaatch Moe and I are planning to ride in Sprain this coming Saturday (2/21) afternoon weather permits. We are getting off from work at 3PM so hopefully we'll be there by 3:40PM. If anyone wants to join us give us a hallo.
P.S. We'll try to be out the trail before the sun comes down but we will also bring our lights just in case.... ;D

O.k. boys if my AkaGC don't chicken out on me this Saturday afternoon we will be at Sprain Ridge in Yonkers around 3:40 PM so whoever wants to meet us there just give us a hallo. We will be coming from the city after work. Erwin if you're interested just let us know we'll give you the direction over the phone. And btw your Enduro will be perfect in Sprain Ridge. |
