Sorry for the late notice I will be riding tonight (5/25, 1800 hrs.) at Graham Hills for a quick lap and if I have time I may do another lap. Grnamin or Jeprox let me know if you want to join me. Medium pace.

Sorry again, Jon. I didn't get home until 7. By that time, my legs were jelly already. I did cut 3 minutes off my time, though.

I only did one lap though, I was beat up after that long uphill that I climbed on the blue trail. I can't believe I'm back to zero again, my confidence level right now is way way low. Every techy section I hesistated and walked my bike and every fast downhill in GH i pressed my brakes. I think It will be awhile before I regain my confidence.

Jon, it won't take long. I have confidence in you. Pressing on brakes on fast downhills at GH? That's me with my rigid! Riding at GH is different in the Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. All those rocks are exposed now.
