oi..long time no hear?! didn't check the forum yesterday, but went street riding yesterday 212 St. to Parsons via Hillside Av. then went back around via Union Tpke. to Springfield Blvd. why you asked? ? coz I don't wanna get caught riding there inside Cunny at this time of year when it's muddy.....Trail Police always looking out..... ;D ;D ;D ;D plus it's good for your drivetrain to be give it a rest on this kind of condition.

Oi Musta na!! Yeah it's been a long time I don't like biking in cold weather!! Went there yesterday and it was better compared on Saturday but the trail is kind of mess up right now deep tire lines and marks are everywhere. Any plans this weekend? Let me know I'll come.

don't wanna sound like a part of the trail police, but one should really refrain from riding the trails for a while and really give it a rest. most of the ruts there are created during mud season. someone even posted on climbonline.org about giving it a few weeks before even thinking about riding. just my 2 cents, before someone else sees you and get frowned upon.

Hey maniakius singlespeedos that was my first weekend there since last year. I think they should put a sign there stating that you can't ride the trail if it's wet. I saw like a clan of family there on Sunday and they think it's fun slipping and sliding there. Hopefully this weekend it will dry up, I'm really itching to ride LOL. I'll see you there gladiator?^___^.

I know how you feel Erwin, why don't just come with us when we plan a road trip up north or in NJ this weekend and let the home trail heal. P.S. We will let the tribesmen posted when the "dirty thursday/TM" will resume so we can help fix whatever part of the trail that was destroyed by secret trainers....LOL ;D

its really great and fun. the only problem was that when im going steep/uphills, the gears snaps. i thought it was normal, intil some tribesmen said that was not supposed to happen. Ratchet has it now and hopefully he gets to fix the "kalabit" he thinks the problem is in the chain ring, he already changed the cables. so lets see. hopefully i get it back in perfect condition before the weekend.
have you had this happen to you before? thanks for any info you can give us to fix the problem.

have you had this happen to you before? thanks for any info you can give us to fix the problem. I think I mentioned to you that night that you have to replaced the chain because It was slipping on me on either on 4th or 5th gear. My mechanic mentioned to me that the chain might be stretched out already or the cassette must be worn out. Ratchet check the cassette or the chain too.
