Hey Rob. I thought we were doing a medium pace but you kept pushing me to do a 29er pace. That is easy for you and ErwinH. That is almost a racing pace for me averaging 170BPM. That was really fun for me doing both pump tracks and we kept everyone together. Thank you for the encouragement and the push guys.

Hi Tina, sliding and falling on a MTN bike for me is normal. You make a mistake here and there, you go too fast or you loose concentration and BAM! you are on the ground. Just don't hit something im-movable like a tree. ;D Luckily it is soft dirt. It is fun when you are able to get up with only a few scratches.

@levi - Yes..I had my share too of scratches, here and there..then they came out almost everywhere. Then the cuts, bruises, then the BIGGER cuts and the BIGGER bruises It's just so hard to be a girl and have arms and legs that look like a total disaster area ;D Oh my...the price we pay for having a little fun

It is a high cost of riding MTB. Being a girl/woman makes it a little tougher having to worry about getting scratches and bruises. Just tell them it was from your hubbie.

Tell me about it. At least it is good for your cardiovascular system's health. Wow that is a big word "Cardiovascular system". Whatever happened to the "Circulatory System"?!? LOL!
