So getting sick of being a couch potato for more than 2 months now, I decided to kicked my behind away from my couch today and ran outside. I have not run outside since 2009 and I forgot how difficult to run on the streets compare to running on a treadmill. Here's my data, slow but after I finished my run/jog I felt good coz I think I accomplished something even with my very SLOW pace. ;D

Thanks Ratchet! For me, I just want to halt my accelerating weight gain and stop this mid section of mine to double the size..

Another beautiful day today and decided to run with Eros and his running friends. We ran 7 miles but I got dropped on my last mile. Awesome feeling though after I completed my 7 mile run without stopping this time.
