Well boys it looks like I represented the orange team on Sunday at the GFNY. Although I wore the GFNY uniform I couldn't resist wearing my orange socks, I finished 77 in my age group and 364 overall. It was a brutal race/ride of 100+ miles.

nice job BB. went to the bike expo last sunday.. saw alot of gran fondo riders. those jerseys are cool.

It looks like I am going to miss this event.
I was into a bike to bike accident Friday in the city and lacerated my L thumb. It would probably take several weeks before I can fully use my L thumb.

Sorry to hear, that sucks big time. Riding safe and smart is always our main concern but there are always morons out there. Get well soon Merlin and get that nice GFNY jersey.
