Go for it Jon! Word on mtbNJ is that the course is not very technical. Even the girls were having fun during pre-ride

I will probably skip this one as I haven't ride my bikes since DH40. My gout just got better today I'm able to walk without limping but have little pain when I wear shoes.

How's your shoulder man........ Hope everything gets better... Yup gout, worst gout attacked I ever had(15 days). For my shoulder, I went to see an orthopedic doctor last Friday in NYU joint diseases which he is also the Chief Div for Shoulder & Elbow Surgery and yup I will need a surgery. I will need to schedule myself an MRI so he can find out how extensive the damage of my shoulder and then we will go from there. He said my full recovery from post ops will be 6 months.

I would get it done ASAP even if it is an elective surgery. You have the time on your hands. Having said that, I am scheduled next week for Laproscopic cholecystectomy. Get it done Jon!
