no say papi..lol! I mean, more of this kind of family weekend gathering. Me & Jon were already talking about it over the phone. Coz, I heard there were a lot of wasted food. So, someone like ME should have showed up and finish it...hehehe

So where would I start? First of all thanks to Sergio and Erwin's family for making this trip sooo enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting both your family Serg and Erwin. Both of your BBQ were numero uno! It was just too much meat, it really meant to feed the whole Orange Machines this past weekend. Thanks also to both of you for bringing the booze, until the night before our race we were still drinking wine and beer. Oh yeah the Baileys too. We organized this trip at the beginning so we could race the World Cup but it turned out to be an awesome family trip and we really had a blast! All my kids had so much fun especially my eldest daughter who trained and raced side by side with Gio, Erwin's youngest son, too bad on the downhill she overshot along with few kids out of the race course that could not follow Erwin's son but she was happy to passed few kids on the uphill section and completed her race...not like her daddy. lol!

As what CincoDos said, we are discussing another mountain bike trip/ family trip before the end of this summer. And I hope that we can make this happen and most of us can make it. Thanks to Erwin M (Ratchet), Bryan (Slevin) and Gilbert(Omegass) for coming on our race day and supported us and chit chat with us even for a short time. Daniel (Viking) nice to see you there, you are such an animal for doing that course 4 times on your single speed. And Danny (Simply D) so sorry to hear about your back and missed the event and we missed your KBBQ, lol! Heal up quick D and stop working so hard.
So enough with my blah..blah..blah.. Let's plan another one like this soon.

So so much fun! We really wish all the orange machines were able to make it but there will be always next time.

As for my race performance yesterday... DNF!!! lol! I could not bear to do 2 more laps of that race course as I was max out for the whole first lap. I have nothing left, I gave everything I've got two nights before the race. I was the winner of the eating and drinking contest every night. lol! Here is my heart rate data on my one and only lap. lol! Until next time!

good thing I didn't race with my 1x9 setup or else I will be quitting too!!! No ways I'm gonna walk that climb....hahaha But YES, I will be very HAPPY to walk all the way up to the "Road Gap" with no problem..just to see "Gwin"!!!! Too bad...didn't make it

Very hard indeed 52! It's the same race course as what the pro's did. But very good experience for us. ;D About the granny, oh yeah it was a big help especially on the very steep hills on my second lap and third. ;D ;D
