When I bought my road bike, I only had a basic fit. Almost a year later, I changed many things in my bike. Some of those changes had an effect on riding position such as saddle, pedals, shoes, etc. Since we spend many miles onroad, a good professional fit is in order.
I was at Toga NY yesterday and saw someone getting a Retul 3D fit. It costs $350. Worth it?

I used to suffer from severe neck and shoulders pain after each road ride and some minor back pain untill I meet this guy form the TGR 8;30, His name is Vladic charges $150 came to my house and spent a good 1.5 to 2 hrs working on me, he raise the handle bar 5mm, moved my saddle 8mm back, shime my clips and my left side pedal and some other adjustments, my first ride after the fitting I felt no pain and I gain a huge improvment on my riding I found myself pedaling more efficient with less effort. So if any body wants to give it a shot lmk I have the contact number, highly recommended. My 2 cnts

That's nice but that's half the cost of my road bike.

Jon you are funny.
Thanks Sergio for the tip. I will send you text when I am ready.
I am not experiencing any pain riding long distances. Just wondering if there are any improvement to be had in getting a second fit.

Update: Scheduled a 3D Advanced BG Fit with Retul Motion Capture System at Toga tomorrow. This should be interesting.

Here are a few pictures that I took during my RETUL fitting at TOGA in NYC. My old setup was using the wrong muscle groups so drastic changes where made in my bike setup. Unfortunately, I had my Gallbladder removed during Irene storm and won't be able to ride my bike for a month. The good news is I am off the Morphine. It is worth the extra money.
