O.k. let's make this topic rolling. When?(before or after Christmas?) Where? (House or in a restaurant?) How much will it cost each member attending? Family included or just the riders?

I know this place in Queens Village (Flip Restaurant) by Springfield Blvd. where we can have the basement for ourselves. From what I heard the damage is $ 30 per adult, $15 per child. Plus we can bring our own booze.
What do you guys think? and when?

Dates looks good, school ends Dec 19 for me. A $25-35 dinner spent with good friends is worth it!

To make this holiday party happen we need all or most members opinion asap so we know if we gonna push this forward. Please let us know what is the date and time (Lunch or Dinner) most of you and your family preferred. We would like to know if we can get at least 30 adults in this party so we can use their venue for free for 3 hrs 50 person for 4 hrs. The manager just call me today and said that Dec 28, 29 and 30 are open for us at this time.
