Runners, QR is having another 6-mile run which happens every Tuesday. If interested, this group run is open to everyone and start at exactly 7pm. The meet is inside the store before 7 if you want to do some stretching and you may also need to get there before 7 to look for a parking spot. Great run last night guys but no way in this lifetime I could run 7's per mile average  on a 10k. Anyway, I enjoyed my solo run on the way back.  |
