I rode to the barrier which is the end of the LIE eastbound service road, exit 66 this morning with Drew. The ride to the 45-mile mark was fun but on the way back with headwinds gusting up to 40+ mpH was really excruciating.

Another epic ride for master sushi. So when are you doing a TRi? Sir Ratchet, I am registered on two well known Half Ironman (70.3) events this year and might do an Olympic event on July to brush me up before the two.

It takes a lot of commitments to be a TRi athlete. Enjoy it while you can.
