Gustavo, Renato and myself starting again with our 5:00 AM TGR to the wall and back, we dont have a set day, but we usually do it either Tuesday or Wednesday, We are extending our invitation to any rider/ orange that wants to put some miles before the day begins to come and joint us.

Good for you Gov!! What's important is not the speed but riding more often. The whole concept of the EBRs is to ride during the week. Riding on weekends alone is not enough.
