But if you cannot really hold your hornyness, I would suggest having sex on Monday and Tuesday. In that way you will still have a couple of days to recover, this includes masturbation btw.
Sex or masturbation the night before a ride is a NO NO!!! If you are really horny that night, I would suggest for you to look for your hammer and beat that nuts up or go near a door and just put that nuts on the edge and close the door.
This is very important so take note oranges!

Man, if what you are saying is true then I'm screwed since Friday or Sarirday is usually date night with my wife and it usually ends in some quality time. Even if true I'm not stopping. Riding may be great, but it doesn't compare with being intimate with my wife. But this is great information. Now I have the perfect excuse if Erwin beats me in some hill.
