Leaf Blower Race course map 2009 BTW, for the sake of our team please post it here if you'll planning to pre-ride the race course this week. I may take a vacation day on Friday and might pre ride the course in the morning around 8 AM. I think my AKA Gc will pre ride too this Friday. Right on Jon!!! Importance of posting before riding: 1. Encourages other members to go out and ride. 2. Safety in numbers. 3. Somebody can call for help just in case something bad happens. 4. Socialization. 5. Riding and chatting with a group is way better than riding alone. 6. Training with a partner/group becomes more challenging and fun ;D ;D ;D Just my two cents !!! You got to be kidding me! You got to practice what your preaching people...LOL , LOL , LOL ;D ;D ;D

Our one and only trail patrol (CLIMB) Rockhopper will be enforcing this code. ;D

Prancing you and me are just a few big guilty animals here and you know it hahaha , not to mention Mr. BMB , LOL ,LOL In seriousness , I do completely understand why a lot of us does this secret training thing , one is due to our busy schedules at work and family and I dorespect ones decision to train alone it's everybody's free will but should you decide to go alone and secret train that's fine as long as you inform your love ones and a friend just to be at the safe side...just my two hard earned cents!

The little extra section that was not in the race last year is just some rocky fire road, nothing crazy.
See you all Sunday!

Rolex I do understand your point of view. But, I posted/mentioned not only regarding secret training, it was also for the other reasons I outlined. I and a few of our tribesmen have noticed that nobody posts as much anymore. I myself enjoy riding when I am with a group. It can get lonely in there (CHP) ;D ;D. This is one of the reasons why we have a forum. That post was a message for all of us. Going back to the thread and we ought to celebrate Irwin's first gold. Anyway, Irwin you were I think less than 2 minutes off the overall fastest time. Way to go and maybe we should celebrate by niteriding like we did last time. ;D ;D ;D Ride on!!!

I guess that's what you do if you're still unemployed. The bottom line is we all love mountain biking and nobody is forcing anybody to post their ride, only when you can and have the time. dude nothing personal!

Attention Tribesmen : Jeff Stickle one of the promoters of Leaf Blower emailed me he said that the racecourse will not be marked until Saturday afternoon . There is an event there on Saturday and he can't mark it until after that..so will be better off pre-riding the course on Friday with Jon as a pro guide. thanks man!

I'm confirming our pre ride on Friday @ 9 AM but I will be there a little earlier maybe 8 AM to wait for everybody. AkaGc, Stumpmastah, Rolex and Prancing please coordinate who's picking up Rachet in the morning and confirm over here. We will try to do 2 laps of the race course and if we have time we can ride the real trails in Ringwood that the promoter didn't include in the race course. See you guys on Friday.

Is the parking before the Sloatsburg Rd & Carletondale Rd intersection? If not, which one?
Thanks!
