O.K. to all who are pre-riding the race course tomorrow in Ringwood (Jontotman, AkaGc, Stumpmastah, Rachet, Prancing Horse, Rolex, Jeprox and Kingfisher) We will meet at the Shepherd Lake/Boat House parking lot approximately 9:15 - 9:30 AM. Hey guys good luck on Sunday, can't make it this time i'm still sick. Roll i did the 2k vit c but it didn't work. Sore throat is gone but stuffy runny nose and coughing is still there. Bring home the gold! Ride hard but safe!
