Thanks!
It is hard to improve upon the Shimano Shadow rear derailleur. The Enduro are smooth but a little noisy compared to the original. I have to wait until they are broken in. A little dirt should help.

A little dirt should help. No , you don't need a little or a bit of dirt in there coz if you do, you end up calling your bearings "CERANICO BEARINGS" (ruined bearings)!

Comparo. For the Shadow rear derailleur, they used sealed bearings. While, Enduro created their own pulleys instead of pressing in ceramic bearings on existing pulley. Tsk tsk tsk...

Cont... There is not much for the Weight Weenies ;D That is if you have a Shadow rear mech. Shimano truly did their homework on this. However, it looks like the seals are better on the Enduro. Only time will tell.

How about ceramic bearings on the headsets , if they make one...that way you will turn from right to left aggressively!! you will probably save 0.02 sec. on the race..lol! lol!

So far, my XTR Shadow is holding it's mechanism very well..but I notice that the xtr pulley's tooth are easy to wear..got to change that twice already. (showing the wearing effect of overwork , lol!)

I guess that's one of the main reasons why I don't want to overtrain myself ;D but in contrast to overtraining, overreaching describes a temporary decline in performance. On the other hand, make sure to include the correct amount of recovery. Does this make sense? I don't know, I'm going to eat my pancakes, sausage, bacon and eggs now. hahaha I'm recovering today as we speak from yesterday's training. ;D
