Gents/Ladies, Me and Mike signed up for the NYC Century. Unfortunately, the date falls on Sunday, Sept 12, 2010. It is unfortunate because we have an MTB race that day. ;D For more Info: nyccentury.org/event_info

I've just rode sections of queens area for ta tour. I live close to alley pond which is rest stop for one of queens They have marked street with bright red arrow however toward to astoira it's very easy miss the arrow. Try pre ride this one you can lead the whole pack under your pace if you choose to stay in front and lead the way.

I finished the NYC Century yesterday. I had tons of fun riding with Jerry and Joanee. We were talking most of the time enjoying the beautiful scenery. We even counted 25 gloves discarded on the road and ate Hotdogs at Nathan's in Coney Island. . Thanks Jerry for the treat and the tour! Despite the rain and wind which started late in the morning and throughout the afternoon, my plan worked and brought a windstopper. Unfortunately, it was unbearably cold for Joanee so they decided to leave the tour earlier than expected after 4hrs @50mile mark. At this point, my legs were still fresh so I decided to hammer it all the way back to Central Park skipping all the rest area. It was great seeing Mike again and a few ECG guys after the tour! Here is my garmin data which I think goofed after 19 or so miles. Now I am clueless if I really did a Century not. ;D connect.garmin.com/activity/48763284Some few pictures I took which I figured out that I cannot post them in the Pictures thread. Almost passing Jerry and his wife Nice bike Jerry! Coney Island stop...clean restrooms and obviously great Hotdogs! So, I decided to hangout with them for a good 4hrs. Joanee about to climb the bridge...shift it easy girl For some reason, I cannot post pictures in the Pictures thread. It works here so I hope you enjoy them.

Nice pics Levi! If this was Saturday I will definitely join you guys. Any century ride this coming weekend? I'll skip JH so I don't mind doing roady this weekend. Otherwise I'll stick to my chp 4 laps mtb mileage.

Hey Levi did you tell to the bottleneck race promoter that you are not attending his race this Sunday?

Hey Jon, I sent an email to John that I have other plans for Sunday. I know space is limited to 40 riders. The Tour of the Hamptons was paid prior to John's scheduled event.
