Ok here we go with the race prep secret again, my preparation starts the day before the race with a nice portion of pasta I need to carb up, also in the morning for breakfast I have my protein shake (ingretients upon request)
Don't worry about your racing fuel preferences being posted out in public because everyone's metabolism is different. What may work for you may or may not work for another guy. Thanks for sharing!

But Levi you'll be surprised how strong people are if you eliminate their bongking and cramping problems. But you're right its different for everybody. I was also experimenting for myself before. But for the sake of the group. ;D
Yup I was hesitating to share this Levi because I also have that 2 problems before. I'll tell you what, if you haven't tried that endurance amino you should that mother fuc... makes wonders in terms of bongking. Now let's get this thread hidden already!!!!!!!

lmao!!! don't let the secret out boyz!!! ;D i do the same thing i carb up the night before and take 100% whey protein from GNC 1hour before the race!!! now i will try to add hammer products with it during the race!!! but thank you again for sharing orange machines!!!
O.k. what are we bringing on Saturday at the Wicked? Bigboy are we gonna have our 2 canopies set up? Last year pit stop was a good spot maybe we can set our canopies there again but someone has to be there early to save it.
