Lol! Who was that in orange? Was that the master Pseudong Ekong in disguise? Nah! That guy in orange is too tall and skinny. Well have fun tonight Oranges! I really wish someday I can join you on your Tuesday night run. Jon, Pseudong Ehkong aka _ _ _ can not run and always hides from the Oranges ever since he became bluer than blue and as we all know Triangle rides will always be one of his nightmares and now it's 9W/Bear Mountain whenever we're on a roll in the area. ;D ;D ;D

Oh well, back in the low 9's... Last night's run felt like almost a Half mary to me. That fine powdery yellowish grains in the air also called pollen, gave me a hard time breathing and it all started during the Bear Mt. ride last Sunday. Anyway, here's my run data. connect.garmin.com/activity/169314962

Thanks to QR and to you guys, I have my kids get to run again. ;D Last night run was hard(Shusi was right) not only b/c of the pollens but also b/c of our 80 mile BM ride on Sunday. Ran with my kids for the first 2 miles, Joined eddie and Bigb's train, got dropped. Lol ;D. Rob caught up with me and stayed with him for the rest of the run. @sushi. Wow you have the garmin 910xt, how do you like it and where did you buy it and how much? Watch some YouTube videos of it yesterday and it's also useful for swimming but I don't swim so that's too much for me and also the price! I was looking at the garmin 610 but not really sure which one to get right now. I have an old polar that I use for our running now but there's not a lot of usefulness to it except the HR monitor.

E, If you swim, bike and run, the 910xt is the all-in-one best bang for the buck. When this was released last October, I said to myself that this is a must if you do multisport or triathlons so I listed it #1 on my list for christmas. When I was ready to buy, it was out of stock for several weeks. The money got spent on other bike goodies so it took me awhile until last week to finally have it in my hand. I really like it and can't go wrong with Garmin. I got mine from: www.rei.com/search?query=910xt

Who's running today? my legs are shot, I'm still going though. I'll be there with my kiddos. I think I'm going to need to hone in on this skill b/c I don't have time to practice at these rock technical courses like Blue, Waway and Jungle. You know the ride/run rock gardens/ride technic. lol

Here is my data, Chute stop pushing me please, I just want to enjoy the run ;-) oh man...it wasn't me - your the one chasing your friend, Mick & Eddie. Well, the fast guy......He got bored and went straight home - I guess! I can't even hold that pace last night and I have to stick to my own tempo...or else, I'm gonna walk back like Blue Mountain . No excuses, I am getting slow & slower every Quantum Run.
