Since I fell in love with this running thing, I rewarded myself with this mofo nice shoes, it's expensive but hey.....Let's stay cheap my friends ;D It will arrive today and I'm super excited. Lol! I had about 85 miles of running mileage on my legs since I started running seriously on 3/6/12, almost 2 months now. Let's run!  |

beri nayz pace last night. oh men....why, why, why every time I'm there - this never happens! I hope next time it would be same. @"E" - I didn't really paid attention to what that initials("MDRRR") were...that pig was just too funny. But I like...most disipline rider!!!  so, this is for the month of May? Can't wait for next month CHEAP item!!!!  |

Lol 52! Thats it!! No more spending for da year! And oh yeah the pace was nice and easy for the most part! Last 2 miles was different tho, They have turbos!!  ;D beri nayz pace last night. oh men....why, why, why every time I'm there - this never happens! Went for a 5.9 mile run today to test the newton shoes. Oh my, the ball of my feet was hurting where that funny looking sole in the front is located .  Will return it instead and will just stick with Nike. On the other hand i also tested my xx crankset at chp and man that thing is super awesome. It shifts faster than my rear cassette and is very smooth, how in the world is that possible? My only complain is that there's no room to put the magnet for the cadence. Now i'm thinking of upgrading the rear end also. Not good another moola!  Saw Prancing and Kingfisher at CHP secret training. ;D Sorry Prance i only went for 1 lap b/c i have to also run and test run my new shoes. Rode from the house so i didn't stop at the trail head. |
